  Experience:  Over 9 years of figure skating experience (ISIA and

USFSA) training with the Fraser Skating Club in figures, freestyle, dance and synchronized skating.  Test completion include 4th figure, Freestyle 6, Dance 3 and Senior Synchro levels.

 Skilled In:  Learn-to-Skate instruction experience includes over 4 years teaching Snow Plow Sam and Basic Skills levels through both Fraser and Lapeer Skating Programs.

 Philosophy:  My philosophy with any vision includes the 3 C's - Creativity, Community, Communication.  I have been taught to look Outside of the Box.  Staying abreast on the community we are in and identifying ones feelings.  Keeping the communication open and honest with parents and students.

 Education:  1989 Graduate of Walsh College - BBA, Business Administration / Marketing

 Currently Acting As:  Creative Marketing Program Co-Director and Instructor for Learn-to-Skate program (s) at the Polar Palace; Marketing Supporter of various activities and events within the Lapeer, Metamora and Lakeshore communities.

 Personal Goal:  My goal as a private instructor is to compliment the LTS group lesson with the necessary ingredients for the skater to strive for their personal best.  Whether child or adult, ice skating lends itself to physical, psychological and social developments.
